The sole mission of Hands of H.O.P.E is it provide high-quality necessary services for at-risk adults who need assistance with their activities of daily living in the most affordable way possible.
Services Provided
Here at Hands of H.O.P.E, we provide most needed daily functions for those who can't conduct daily activities on their own. These services include, but are not limited to
Light House Keeping with Shopping and Errands When Needed
We provide transportation to stores and pharmacies and in-home care.
Monitoring Well-being and Medication Reminders
Our staff works diligently to monitor the health of each client and makes sure that they are taking their medications as prescribed.
Hands on Assistance with Transfers and Mobility
When some people cannot move on their own, our staffed is trained in how to properly assists their clients movements to the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and any other places they cannot get to on their own in the safest way possible.
Bathing, Toileting, Personal Hygiene Assistance, and Meal Prepping and Planning
Staff members are certified in personal care like assisting one to a bathroom, how to properly shower a client, along with the most nutritional meal preps to keep everyone happy and healthy.
