We provide many psychosocial services that take on a therapeutic and holistic approach on the road to sobriety with individual and group therapy, as well as support resources that promote self-sufficiency.

Phase Overview

Each client that enrolls in The Community Of HOPE services will travel the program and track their progress through the completion of Phases. Each phase is meant to effectively guide each client through their journey on the path to sobriety with a meticulous curriculum and activities that is structured to focus on how to overcome the battle of addiction.  

Orientation Phase/Phase 1

These two phases are the introductory phases that will consist of learning and adjustment in the early stages of sobriety.

Phase 2

This phase is structured allow each client to begin to fully understand their addiction and how to move toward an entirely new lifestyle. 

Phase 3

Phase 3 is the stage where clients are properly adjusting to their new sober lifestyle with new beliefs and habits being ingrained and begin working towards becoming productive members of their communities. 

Phase 4

The final phase will transition the client into securing part-time job positions while attending their program to eventually move on to full time positions and housing placements by the end of their recovery journey and  completion of the program.
